WHAT'S COMING UP?

On May 2nd stop in and have Shawn Selander from "Is That My Wine" make your personalized wine rings.

You know how it is - after the first glass of wine you don't remember what color bead your wineglass has on it. After two you have no idea which cute charm is yours, but no matter what you always seem to be able to read your name!

Each wine ring has white beads with black letters and you can choose the color of the small beads on each end of the name. Bead colors are red, orange, yellow, green, teal, light blue, dark blue and violet. (consider putting matching colors on "couples" wine rings)

Use first names of friends and family, and then get creative and use names from favorite TV shows, movies or cartoons, sports teams or athlete's names to use as extras when you have company.

Remember this is the beginning of graduations and weddings so there are more get togethers and you will enjoy keeping track of your glass and helping others keep track of theirs.

THE NINTH CORKYCRUSH

Have you started training for the Crush Out Hunger?

Mark you calendars for July 18th and join the fun of fund raising!

We are challenging everyone to help with this event. Do you work for a dentist? How about getting a team mate and calling yourselves "Unstain Your Teeth" and come dressed all in purple with your dentists name on shirts? Are you a massage therapist? What about calling a team "Toe Cramps"? All it takes is a little imagination and you can get a team and easy costume together and help raise money for the Des Moines Food Bank.

Don't want to stomp but still want to help the Food Bank? Sponsor a team, support a team by making a pledge, or drop off a donation.

You can help the day of the Crush also. We will need extra bodies to help with the event so give us a call.

WHAT'S NEW?

We just got in PICNIC STIX.

Picnic Stix keep your bottle and glasses safe and sound while stuck into nature's less-than-perfect terrain. In grass or sand or wherever your hiking boots take you. A picnic should never leave home without them.
