This brilliant, candy-red, summer-sipper shows cherry, strawberry and watermelon flavors with a bright, palate-cleansing acidity. NEW RELEASE—APRIL 2010. 2007 Le Petite Rouge $14.99 Our best-selling winemaker's blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. This is a fruit forward, easy-sipping, everyday red. Twenty months in small oak barrels gives aromas of mocha and spice, while a combination of grapes contribute complexity.
2007 Tempranillo $21.99 Our very first Tempranillo hails from the famed Red Willow Vineyards in Yakima. Tempranillo grapes produce a smooth wine with relatively low acid. You will find aromas and flavors of plums, berries, vanilla, and pipe tobacco. An excellent choice to accompany simple preparations such as roast pork, Tuscan “brick-grilled” chicken and a wide variety of other dishes. 100% Tempranillo; 40 cases produced. 2009 Margret Alice $21.99 Named after the winemaker’s sweet grandmother, this is a December Harvest of 68% Viognier and 32% Roussane. White peach and Honeysuckle aromas lead to flavors of fresh pomegranate. Crisp acidity with well-balanced sweetness (7.0% RS). Aged one year in stainless steel tanks. 375 ml bottle.
